I mean they let you pick the shipping speed. It’s annoying to not get something fast after having been spoiled by Prime, or living close to a Newegg warehouse, but it does tell you right on the checkout page how long things are going to take.

Fuckni know right. I’m in the process of updating an enterprise to more modern laptop/tablet devices. Last one I ordered half the keyboard was busted. The replacement looked like it had been to Iraq and back.

That’s why if I’m buying from Amazon I’ll ship it to one of their lockers. Tons of them in the city, and I’d rather get it myself than have it lost or potentially stolen.

Yeah, you should get on chat and get them to refund that, if you haven’t already. I don’t think there’s anything they can do to speed up shipment, but maybe they could overnight you another and have you send back the slow one when you get it.

Newegg’s official return policy is sort of sucky, but their CS agents have always been helpful when I’ve contacted them.

I have had lots of luck calling and asking for overnight service when shipping speeds were slower than what I was expecting. One day turns into two but it’s something.

You should be getting it quick anyway. Their warehouse is in Memphis.

When I order from them (in NJ) they hit me next-day even with FedEx ground as they have a warehouse in Edison.

If you were expecting 2nd day air it would be slower, since they have to load the package on to a plane, fly in a circle, and then truck it to you anyway :)
